Everything in the dashboard
The parts that turn a list of company names into a database you can actually work.

Pick a part of the pipeline
Each feature does one job. Together they take a company from a row in a file to a customer on a record.

CSV and Excel land in your database with the columns matched and the duplicates already filtered out.

Read moreBuilt around your own data
Most lead tools start from their database and rent you a slice of it, one credit at a time. Riftjaw starts from yours. You bring the lists, from scrapers, directories, fairs or old spreadsheets, and the dashboard does the sorting, filling and sending. Forms add to it too: every entry becomes a contact.
That changes the maths. There is nothing to meter, so there are no credits and no fees per record. And because every account runs on its own private server with its own database, what you build stays together and stays yours.
What Riftjaw is not: a data vendor with contacts to buy, a crawler that visits sites for you, an SMS or LinkedIn tool, or a newsletter suite for huge lists.

Also in the dashboard
Smaller parts that do not need their own page, but that you will rely on every week.
What every campaign brought in
Engagement, lead growth and campaign results. Per campaign you see how many mails went out, were opened, were clicked and led to a form entry.
- From mail to form entry in one funnel
- Campaigns side by side
- Unsubscribes per campaign

Every click, as it happens
Every click on the button in your campaign mails, with the contact, the page and the device. Opens and form entries have their own tab.
- Filter by campaign and period
- Mobile or desktop per click
- Search by contact

Send from your own domain
Connect the mail server you already use, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Mailgun, Brevo or Postmark. Campaigns and form replies then come from your own domain.
- Send a test mail before you save
- The password is stored encrypted
- Without it, mail goes out through the Riftjaw mail setup

Unsubscribed means never mailed again
Every campaign skips unsubscribed contacts on its own. The unsubscribe link and your footer are added below each mail.
- Follow-ups skip Replied and Customer contacts too
- Concept contacts are never mailed

Which feature is on which plan
The core of the pipeline is on every plan. Paid plans add room and options, not a credit meter.

Every list you leave in a spreadsheet goes stale
Companies move, change sites and hire new people. A list you work this month is worth far more than the same list next year. Get it into a database while it is fresh.
