Lead list integrations

Lead list integrations for a small team what CSV in and out covers

A small sales stack does not always need native connections. A clean CSV file in and out covers more than you think. Here is what it covers and what it does not.

  • No credits, no data tax
  • You own your data

The honest answer about integrations

When teams ask about lead list integrations, they usually mean one thing: can the list reach the other tools we use? For a small team those tools are often a CRM, a spreadsheet and maybe a sender for newsletters or invoices.

Riftjaw has no native integrations with other tools, and this page does not pretend otherwise. What it has is a file route. You import CSV or Excel from any source, and you export to CSV: a list, a segment, form submissions or the original file. Most tools in a small stack can read and write CSV.

Your data stays yours. Because the file route works in both directions, the list never depends on one connection staying alive, and you can take everything with you on the day you leave.

What CSV import and export already cover

Getting lists in

Scraper exports, directory lists, trade fair files and old CRM exports all arrive as CSV or Excel. Each record keeps its source file and date.

Moving a segment to a CRM

Export one segment with status, tags and source, and use the CRM's own CSV import. The steps are in import leads into HubSpot or Salesforce.

Feeding another sender

Riftjaw is email only, on purpose, and sends in small batches. If you also use another sender, feed it from a clean exported file.

Leaving with everything

Export the original files and your lists at any time. That is the integration that matters most when you change tools.

Set up a file route in three steps

1

List your tools

Write down which tools need the list and whether each one can import CSV.

2

Agree on columns

Choose the columns every export carries, such as company, website, email, status and source.

3

Make it a routine

Export the segment you need when you need it, for example weekly, instead of syncing everything all the time.

Frequently asked questions

Does Riftjaw have native integrations with CRMs?

No. Riftjaw has no native connections. You export a list or a segment to CSV and import that file with the CRM's own import tool.

What can I export from my lead list?

A whole list, a segment, form submissions or the original imported file, all as CSV, at any time and also on the day you leave.

Is a CSV file enough for a small sales stack?

Often, yes. Most CRMs, spreadsheets and senders can import CSV. A file route is slower than a live sync but easy to check and does not break when a connection changes.

Which columns should a lead list export include?

At least company name, website, email, status, tags and source. Those columns let the next tool understand the list without you.

Do I need credits?

No. There are no credits and no data tax: enrichment runs automatically without a per-row meter.

What is Riftjaw?

Riftjaw is a self-hosted B2B lead pipeline: collect companies from any public list, enrich them for free, put them on the map and reach them - from one dashboard you host yourself.
